President – Personal Development Community Organization
January 2012 – Present
After over 20 years as Personal Development Center, we have created a non-profit organization, Personal Development Community Organization-PDCO, to benefit individuals who are not financially able to pay tuition for our personal growth seminars. We are looking for individuals who are interested in beginning this year with a new burst of energy, finding one’s career passion, better communication skills, improved personal and professional relationships, job advancement through a more enthusiastic attitude, Iraq and Afghanistan vets returning home, along with victims of domestic violence in addition to people suffering with any type of addiction. Our primary workshop, TLC-The Living Course, is offered 8 times a year. We only take 24 students in a very individualized experience. Our mission statement is to change the world, one person at a time.
Rita Homrich, author, radio personality and international workshop presenter is a graduate of Barry University in Miami, Florida. Rita is know as an iconoclast in her field, where she deals with people’s belief systems and offers them a brand new way of living. Rita depicts just that message in her book, Parents Wake Up: How to regain control of the family. Rita has taught parenting, corporate and personal growth seminars in both the US and Israel.
For more than 20 years, Rita has enriched the lives of the workshop participants in an intensive personal growth experience entitled, TLC-The Living Course. Students learn how to recreate their circles of belief and manifest successful results in their lives. A new understanding of “how to” divert stress causing problems by communicating feelings which build self-esteem while enhancing motivation is their motto.
Much of the information taught by Homrich is a very systematic, logical way to create a better understanding of ourselves and others.

to me
David Traub is an instructor and trainer with PDCO. He teaches TLC, Advanced, Healing Waters and Leadership. He has been coaching, teaching, and training individuals for over 20 years. His background includes leading seminars and workshops, nationally and internationally, on Wealth and Abundance, Personal Development, and Relationships for individuals and corporations.
David has traveled extensively, delivering, and training others to deliver, powerful personal development programs designed to inspire and empower people to create the life of their dreams. He has conducted personal and business seminars in the US, Europe, Russia, and China and been privileged to witness profound breakthroughs and to create extraordinary learning experiences for thousands of people.
Prior to becoming a transformational leadership coach and trainer, David was in the computer programming and software development industries for 33 years, where he created, owned and sold several successful entrepreneurial businesses. It was in this experience that he first practically and effectively discovered the Law of Attraction and learned personal transformational skills. It was this that first prepared him to be a coach and mentor for others wanting to change the direction of their lives – in any area.
David’s transformational coaching is based on three fundamental principles. First, by taking personal responsibility we become powerful (and stop being victims). Second, self-acceptance is the doorway to self-compassion, self-love and connectedness. Third, contribution and community is the pathway to our highest forms of expression and fulfillment. These concepts are “in the water” and show up regardless of whether David is working with individuals or groups.
When you did the course: January 1993
Favorite hobbies: reading, scuba diving, brewing beer
